Important for your legal security:
Only the information and conditions provided on Booking.com at the time of your booking are legally binding.
Summary of Your Booking Details via Booking.com
- Rental fee as agreed and booked via the booking platform
- Final cleaning in the amount of 170,00 Euro is not included in the booking rate and has to be paid on site to the house manager.
- Security deposit: €300.00 payable to our house manager
Laundry packages per person must be booked separately and are not included in the Booking fee.
- €20.00 per person per week (up to 7 nights)
- €26.00 per person (from 8 nights)
- €32.00 per person (from 15 nights)
A laundry package for one week includes: 2 small towels, 2 large towels, bed linen. Bath mats and dish towels are provided in the house. Beach towels are not included.
Electricity costs:
15 kWh/day(105 kWh per week) are included in the rental price. Additional consumption (e.g. due to heavy use of air conditioning) will be charged at €0.35/kWh upon departure. For technical reasons, Booking.com lists a flat electricity fee of €50. If you use energy economically, your actual costs will be lower.

Optional: Your personal data for check-in
We are required to collect and transmit personal check-in data of all travelers to the local authorities.
To make check-in easier, you can already provide the personal details of all guests and send them to our house manager Arthur Lens. Simply download the attached MS Word form, fill in the data and return it by fax or email. Alternatively, bring the completed form with you at check-in. You may also fill in your data upon arrival.
Important notice:
Spanish authorities require all guests to register
within 24 hours
of arrival in Benitachell.
This is easily done via the "Check-in Scan" registration app. Instructions are available in Casa Othello.
Please comply with this legal requirement. We as hosts are obligated to ensure your registration. If this is not done, we reserve the right to withhold the full security deposit.
